At KSlayed Beauty, we take pride in providing luxury, high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our items and for health and hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through KSlayed Beauty are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

    This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Hair bundles

  • Wigs

  • Closures

  • Frontals

  • Custom units

No Exceptions

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the original packaging

    All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may result in a replacement only. Refunds are not issued.

We cannot accept returns or replacements if:

  • The hair has been worn, installed, altered, cut, colored, or styled

  • The lace has been cut or modified

  • The product shows signs of use or odor

  • The request is made after 48 hours

Non-Returnable Conditions

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and proof of delivery.

Customers who file fraudulent disputes may be restricted from future purchases.
