Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. KSlayed Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
KSlayed Beauty is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier once the package has been marked as delivered.
